Corporate Office Properties Trust (COPT) owns 25 single-tenant data center shell properties, which comprise 350+ megawatts of power capacity and 4.5 million sqft. Specifically, COPT owns 15 of these data center shells, comprising 2.5 million sqft, through real estate joint ventures. Indeed, COPT fully owns the remaining 10 data center shells, comprising 2.0 million sqft.
Additionally, COPT’s data center portfolio includes one wholesale data center, with a critical load of 19.3 megawatts. Finally, COPT owns one data center shell that is currently under development.
