Warburg Pincus is a global private equity firm with over $60bn of assets under management (AUM).
Overall, the firm has been active in digital infrastructure, previously owning fiber company Inexio, which it sold to EQT Infrastructure. Additionally, Warburg Pincus formed a wholesale data center joint venture with 21Vianet in China. Currently, the group owns stakes in Princeton Digital Group and Community Fibre.
